I believe yous can only get the consoles serviced directly through Microsoft. If you got the warranty from wherever you lot got the controller from (if the warranty is notwithstanding valid) you lot should try to become there if you lot kept the transmission/receipt for the controller. If you don't take any of that attempt to find an bodily Microsoft Store storefront in a shopping center near you, and if non (we aren't supposed to recommend third political party options) but you tin can always try GameStop or Best Buy or any "official device repair" places as they are supposed to simply use official parts to set up things.

Warranties and terms are tricky to get around which is why its normally simply recommend to purchase a new controller rather than get and old i stock-still...I'grand sure y'all could trade it in for some credit at GameStop (sadly) if nothing really comes up.

I wolud recommend find some local stores. I used to live in Font Wayne and I e'er looked for help when there was something wrong with my devices

I'd get a new one. I'1000 trying to get a new one as well because of ane that broke, I have found it is mode too much of a hassle to get i stock-still. So, I'm sorry for you to have to deal with this too.
